The Red Guard

If the stories are to be true; the Red Guard are said to be an immensely strong race of para-dimensional enforcers, tasked with keeping the universe and all realms in check.

They do not kill and are only tasked with containment. Although this doesn't stop them from using extreme violence.

Some say they have spotted one or two around the city- others claim there is even an outpost somewhere in Solanis, but then again, these are only stories...
