The Cult of the Sacred Sail are a religious fanatical cult situated throughout the shadier parts of Plethora. They believe in an ancient deity that will one day rise up and destroy the non- believers and bring the C.S.S to a higher state of being, they hold regular night marches in the city and their numbers grow every day. These three are some of the more higher ranking members, with a flag bearer on the left, onlooker on the right and an elder in the middle.
